    Images can now be directly saved from Chatbot to the Media Library. This functionality can be accessed by hovering over any image and using the contextual actions.     WordPress is now the default CMS (Content Management System) for Chatbot on this site. The CMS can be accessed from the “hamburger” menu in Chatbot. Chat conversations can be saved to the CMS, although they will not be published until they are reviewed. No conversations will be saved unless the user clicks the save button.
